Simply Awesome is located in Richmond Hill, Ontario and prides itself in the production of Red Pepper Wine Jelly. Made the old fashioned way, fresh locally grown sweet red peppers are chopped and blended with crushed red chili peppers. Stirred with white wine, freshly squeezed lemon juice, natural sugar and fruit pectin to produce a hue of flavours that tantalize the taste buds. Each jar can be stored in a cool place for one year unopened, after opening, store in the refrigerator.

The sharp, intense flavour of Seville Oranges are conquered with the sweetness of the sugar to produce a refreshingly clear jelly around shreds of bitter peel. Marmalade aside, the tart juice of the Seville orange can also be used to create tangy salad dressings and fabulous sauces to cut through the richness of meat and game. The classic French bigarade is a delicious example: a dark, port-enriched, orange-flavoured sauce that is traditionally served with roast duck and for which dessert oranges would prove far too sweet.

Each small batch made with loving care is precisely measured and blended to result in a versatile gourmet product of the highest quality.
